Training and Games
Training
Each team will train once a week after school.
Net Set Go teams will train on a Monday afternoon.
Divisional teams, your training day and time will be dependent on which team you are placed in and the coaches availability. The higher the division the later the training session time will be.

All training day/times are decided by the Executive Committee.
Training sessions will be held at either Good Samaritan Catholic College (North and South Courts) or Sunshine Coast Netball Association Courts. Teams will be allocated a court and all players are expected to attend training sessions.
Training can commence on the week commencing Monday Week Early March at the discretion of your teams coach.
Games
All teams play on a Saturday between 7.30am and 2:00pm. Fixtures (game) times are determined by the Sunshine Coast Netball Association (SCNA) once teams have been registered and grading rounds have been completed.

Games take place at the Fishermans Road Sports Complex in Maroochydore. All players are expected to play every week.

Fixtures (games) for 2026 commence on Saturday May 2nd and finish on Saturday August 15th 2026. ​
Divisional Teams who have successfully made it into finals (Top 4 teams in each division) may play until Saturday 5th September 2026.
