Good Sams Netball Club was founded in 2021 with the aim of offering opportunities outside of the school environment for girls and boys to play competitive netball and to develop their netball skills. We offer weekly netball for 7 to 18 year olds and aim to provide a fun, welcoming and progressive environment for young girls and boys to play netball.

 

Our club is based at Good Samaritan Catholic College in Bli Bli, and caters for young players from all over the Sunshine Coast. As such, players do not have to attend the college to play for Good Sams Netball Club. Our club does, however, align itself with the values and beliefs of the college as well as using the college name and colours  in our uniforms. All team training sessions are conducted at Good Samaritan Catholic College.

 

Good Sams Netball Club is one of the newest clubs within the Sunshine Coast Netball Association www.sunshinecoast.qld.netball.com.au.  Despite only being operational for four years we have already grown to 17 teams consisting of over 130 players and in 2023 we were proudly named the Sunshine Coast Netball associations Club of the Year.

 

Our club is run by volunteers within our community and our teams play fixtures on a Saturday in the Sunshine Coast Netball Association Junior and Net Set Go competitions at the Fishermans Road sports complex.
